The city is in constant change affecting living conditions in different areas because of a new law that allows taller buildings. Therefore it is important to know the projects of neighboring lots and anticipate the effects of the surroundings in the future projects.

 

SOLO moves away from the neighbor opening views to all apartments to the trees of the Av. Street 92, and thus not only generates view for all units but also avoids the shadow that will project the future neighbor bock over the apartments and the proximity with it.
