The customers of this project are two companies dedicated to the management and production of large-scale events in Colombia. This fact brings a very strong aesthetic challenge because creativity have the most important role in their work; therefore the office has to be a quiet space that wakes up creativity, a space for inspiration, modern and elegant.

One of the biggest challenges was the budget. 69% of the materials used in the offices was recycled, by using what is demolished from the pre existing office; Dry Wall that existed in the ceilings and walls was used as masonry to build the enclosure of the two meeting rooms; same Dry Wall profiles (the structure that held it) were used as ceiling to mark the circulations and the access of the project. We did the new doors with wooden pallets passing them first by a Japanese burning process, 100% of the glass were relocated or used for furniture and the interior finish of the boardrooms was built with surplus polycarbonate of other works.
