Today, Andres DC has three volumes superimposed vertically: The Hell in the lower floor, the purgatory and the heaven in the top of the building. Along with MILAGROS agency, we understood that a terrace, which is entered through “the heaven” could not be any terrace. It is a place where people will go to enjoy, to share and to dance, it’s a Eden.
