The project is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city. It consists of 8 storeys: 7 for office use and 1 for commercial use. There were two important design premises:

1. Scale: On the one hand the Calle 91 with its small scale pedestrian and neighborhood spirit and on the other Carrera 11 with a large scale cosmopolitan spirit.

2. Sunscreen and visual: The southern façade and the western façade, being the most sunny they are conceived closed in brick. The east and north façade is open to the most important visuals of the project (Cerros Orientales) but protected by a vertical brise soleil to ensure comfortable interiors to work.
